Strata Brewing Co is a very exclusive, very high end, home brewery. We are located in the famous East York area of Toronto in an exclusive brew house that we call the “Brew Garage”.

Daryl & Mark have been friends for over 20 years and in the past while have been brewing a variety of beer styles. We started brewing ales which occasionally worked out, but we learned a lot along the way. We have continued to brew new and exciting beers over the past few years and have been really enjoying the process, research, and sampling along the way.  We love to pour our brews with friends for feedback & revelry, and have started to organize events and get togethers on a semi-regular basis.  Hopefully we will see you soon and we can enjoy a beer together!
