This Pilsner is a slight variation from what you are used to seeing in a Pilsner… which is why we love it!  It takes all the best things from our “famous” first version of the DucknCover Pilsner and adds a Bavarian lightly roasted malt, plus a wallop of alcohol % to make an easy drinking, yet amazingly strong Pilsner.  This is not the Pilsner your mother used to make, but I’m sure she would appreciate it.
