This is such an interesting and fun beer to brew in the late winter or early spring. We brew a traditional Bavarian Lager, pump up the alcohol content, and in place of strict temperature control during fermentation, we decide to let mother nature determine the temperature. Tucked away in the garage wrapped in a nice comfy blanket, this beer ferments in temperatures ranging from below zero to fifteen degrees Celsius. This range not only makes a great beer to drink, but it makes it taste a different every.single.time. Sample before it’s gone!
WeatherPermitting Bock is an experimental Bock with great results every year.
Enjoy!
